the room felt a bit dated (especially the furniture). i also found the breakfast selection somewhat limited. the fresh berries were not available as advertised. the slow internet was a real inconvenience.

i found the room spacious with a good garden view from the french windows. two fans were provided. the bed was quite comfortable and i slept well. i thought breakfast was fabulous , offering plenty of choices to start the day.
the internet was free , but its speed left something to be desired. it made working online a little frustrating at times.

the breakfast selection was plentiful and varied , featuring both hot and cold options. i noticed fresh berries were available , alongside a full english breakfast , catering to different tastes . the table service used clean cutlery and china.

i found the staff welcoming and accommodating from arrival. one staff member moved their car to help me park more easily , which i found especially kind. they greeted guests with a smile and seemed genuinely happy to assist , even when busy.

Reception was so quick and friendly. my single room was ok. breakfast and service was excellent here. cricketer pub is close. A short walk from here.

the location was close to the town centre, a definite plus.
The room felt small and a bit stuffy. the window faced the rear parking area, so there was noise at times. It wasn't ideal. parking filled up quickly. I arrived early to get a spot though the experience was disappointing

The breakfast included a superb cooked option with a wide variety of choices. The staff coped very well during a busy weekend. The location was excellent and easy to find, with decent private car park.
The room overlooked the kitchens next door, and it was noisy early in the morning. An air conditioning unit droned, and there was also traffic noise (I needed the window open).
